Harvey is a small tricolor male with some ticking in his coat. He is about 2 years old*. He was an owner surrender and both the vet clinic and the kennel he is at seem to think he has been neglected/abused. He is very timid of loud noises, fast moving objects and sometimes even people calling him, but is starting to get used to people and his surroundings. The kennel is working very hard to show him humans can be trusted and loved so that he can hopefully be given a second chance. He has shown food aggression but when you have been starved before, this is a natural reaction. Harvey would most likely make the positive changes he needs to if he is a stable, secure, strong foster home. For now the kennel is doing its best to treat Harvey kindly and teach him the proper way for a Basset to be.
